While reading on Harvey's performance in the papers and ESPN...can you imagine what this rotation is going to look like with Harvey AND Wheeler come next year? If Wheeler is "better" then Harvey, Mets may have the best Rotation in all of baseball next year. Harvey, Wheeler, Neise, Dickey, Santana. Plus, Jenry Mejia is back to the rotation, and before they tried to convert him to a reliever, he was pitching pretty well in the minors. Also got Tapia and Matz that have been pretty much unhittable for them in the minors. And if Familia finds his grove, Mets will have an over abundance of pitching and young arms coming to the majors. Which means, trade chips for players.
