The Mets had not scored 9 or more runs three games in a row since 2006. They hadn't scored nine or more three games in a row in a single series since June, 2000 (Pittsburgh). Before that, the only times they have scored nine or more three games in a row in a single series were at Wrigley in June of 1990 and at Wrigley in June of 1970.

It was definitely fun to watch these last few games. I just have to think what might have been during the Yankee series....but hey bring on the Reds.
