Using that same number for this year's NL postseason cutoff, the Mets must win at least 85 of the next 158 games to make the postseason.
Using some nifty math (summation of nCr with n = 158 and r = i, where i is every integer from 85 to 158, divided by the total amount of possible outcomes for 158 games [2^158]), the probability that the Mets win those 85 games is 19.08%.
Of course, I'm holding a few nontrivial factors constant.
